Our effective approach to care at Hospice Alliance is focused on patients living life to its fullest with comfort and dignity, cared for by loved ones with the aid of the Hospice team. Our care supports not only the patients, but their families as well. The hospice staff utilizes specialized knowledge of medical care to improve the quality of a patient's final days.

The Hospice Alliance team works with the terminally ill patient and his or her primary caregivers to develop a pesonalized plan of care. The team then works with the individual and caregivers to implement the plan, coordinate care, and offer support, focusing on the patient's well-being and need for pain management and symptom control. The goal is to achieve maximum comfort and quality of life.
